There is a burgundy satin band with a rose flower pinned on the waistline, and it is removable. The skirt has 4 layers. The inside layer is white satin attached with a netting to create more fullness for the dress, the middle layer is white satin, and the top 2 layers of fluffy white tulle with burgundy flowers, ribbons, and faux Pearls to make this dress more beautiful.
